Job description
Overview

Territory Overview: Must reside in Ireland, ideally based in Dublin. Ability to travel adequately to cover the region, including overnight stays, attend tradeshows, and corporate and training meetings. There will be the requirement to travel cross territories (when required) at short notice, mainly to the UK. Valid Driver's License.

Position Summary

Working closely with the UK/I Sales team & PDM Clinical team, this role will be responsible for the account management of current customers in Ireland and will identify new growth opportunities through networking and lead generation activity, providing results that build brand dedication across all of our innovative products and technologies.

This is a hybrid role that also requires account management in the form of supporting clinical trainings, marketing and business support across the region.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Play a pivotal role on the launch of AviClear across Ireland, identifying growth opportunity and closely supporting utilisation with provider accounts.
  • Assist ASM in account management, trainings, marketing PDM meetings, in country management managing consumable orders/admin requests
  • Territory lead generation to drive awareness of the Cutera brand across the country
  • You will drive the success and growth of your sales territory through cold calling and on-site visits to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
  • Develop prospective new customers and nurture existing relationships to expand the sales of additional results.
  • Meeting or exceeding revenue targets each quarter, while staying in compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and Sales Compliance Certification.
  • Educate and demonstrate Cutera’s products’ indications, efficacy, safety, and how these products will improve the clients’ needs and that of their customers.
  • Partner with the clinical, practice development and field service engineers to ensure we deliver a premium Cutera experience.
  • Focus on developing the long-term business results by building a strong customer pipeline, generating recurring revenue through product usage and have a profitable, consultative approach to selling.
  • Represent Cutera at industry events within the UK/I region.
  • Provide complete sales funnel information into Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Define & generate the right ratio of leads per month to overachieve Sales Goals.
  • Other duties as needed or required.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ sales – Aesthetics or medical capital equipment experience and/or in-clinic experience
  • Detailed successful sales track record required (we don’t mind if you brag, show us how good you are).
  • Understanding of the industry and the business challenges customers face.
  • Tenacity, with a never say die attitude.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to present confidently and effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possesses the ability to collaborate seamlessly and effectively across various departments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar system.
  • Fluent English.
