Job summary

A leading healthcare company is seeking a Key Account Manager in North East England to direct the use of a specialist product for intensive care patients. The ideal candidate has strong cardiology experience, a proven track record in secondary care, and exceptional negotiating skills. Overview

Key Account Manager – Location: North East of England

Our client is recruiting a Key Account Manager to shape and direct the use of a specialist product for intensive care patients across the North East of England.

Our client is looking for candidates who have just a few years secondary care experience, ready to step up to this specialist role!

Requirements
  • A proven track record working in secondary care
  • Strong cardiology experience
  • Ideally an understanding of ITU within the UK
  • ABPI qualification
  • A high level of selling, commercial acumen and negotiating skills
  • The ability to develop positive relationships with all key customers including clinicians, commissioners and business managers
  • Up to date knowledge of the product, disease area and customer environment, including the NHS budgetary and planning processes
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Please note: Candidates will only be considered who have demonstrable pharmaceutical sales success in the UK secondary care setting in cardiology
