Key Account Manager

Office-based | £29,000 per year | Full-time

Responsibilities

We\'re looking for an organised and proactive Key Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of reactive maintenance accounts. This is an office-based role where you\'ll play a vital part in keeping things running smoothly for clients and contractors alike.

  • Scheduling reactive fabric repair works and, when needed, sourcing sub-contractors

  • Making sure all jobs are scheduled on time and run efficiently

  • Keeping clients updated on progress and ensuring portals are always up to date

  • Managing subcontractors and service partners to maintain profitability and quality

  • Moving jobs through the workflow from start to invoice (both internally and on client systems)

  • Working closely with sales and management teams to improve processes and create best practices

  • Running reports to ensure all reactive maintenance works are completed on time

Qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Experience in a similar role (ideally within reactive maintenance or services sector)

  • Confident communicator with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and contractors

  • A natural problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels

  • Experience with job management/CAFM systems (Tradify, JobLogic, Concerto, Vantify, Proactis, Riskwise) would be a huge plus

Requirements
  • GCSE (or equivalent) - A-level or above is a bonus but not essential
