A leading steel company in the UK is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join their Commercial Team in Witham/Hayes. The position involves negotiating sales with new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and preparing sales forecasts and budgets. Ideal candidates will have a commercial background, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for customer service. The role provides a competitive salary, bonuses, and an array of benefits including a car allowance and comprehensive annual leave.
7 Steel Service UK (Based in Witham/Hayes, Covering South East)

Joining our Commercial Team, no two days will be the same. One day you could be negotiating high volume sales with new customers, and the next, maintaining strong relationships with our existing stakeholders. You will also be responsible for preparing sales forecasts, budgets and kpis, as well as developing new, proactive ideas with the Sales Team.
You will have a Commercial background and previous experience working within a similar industry. However, what is most important for is that you are passionate about continuous improvement, prioritise customer service, and are confident to pursue new initiatives and business opportunities. You will also be a strong negotiator, with excellent communication skills.
You’ll be joining the fabrication specialists within 7 Steel UK – we work across construction, energy and infrastructure, and we’re proud to provide low‑carbon steel from the UK, for the UK.
