Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for a role focusing on building long-term partnerships with strategic customers. The successful candidate will manage key accounts through solution-based selling and drive revenue by identifying opportunities in engineered filtration and environmental solutions. This position requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to work closely with engineering teams. The salary is up to £55,000 basic plus commission.

We are currently recruiting a Key Account Manager role, for a global leader in industrial environmental solutions. Our client is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join their Solutions team. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with strategic customers, understanding complex needs, and delivering high-value, tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Own and grow strategic key accounts through long-term relationship management and solution-based selling
  • Drive revenue by identifying opportunities and selling engineered filtration and environmental solutions
  • Lead complex sales processes end-to-end, from needs analysis to contract negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with solutions engineering, project, and service teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
  • Develop and execute account plans while maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM reporting

The role will require you to be comfortable presenting CPD's to customers and selling primarily to M&E Contractors. The role is a split between managing existing accounts and sourcing new business.

Salary is up to £55,000 basic plus commission.
