Qualifications

What will I be doing?
  • We’ll look to you to support the management of key accounts – handling complex requests and acting as a key contact.
  • Face to face site visits to key stakeholders, It’s a chance to make the most of your relationship-building skills.
  • Developing sales pipelines, upselling waste services and handling contractual and legislative documentation, while observing industry regulations, not just externally, but within SUEZ recycling and recovery UK too.
  • You’ll build great links with staff internally, so that any issues can be resolved quickly. That way, you’ll provide outstanding customer service that goes over and above.
What are the requirements?
  • Ideally, you already have some experience in a junior account management or customer services role.
  • Whatever your background, you’ll enjoy working with clients and making sure they get the best. You’ll also be used to managing service levels, maximising profits and creating a great customer experience.
  • You must have an analytical nature and enjoy working with data, using your intermediate MS office skills.
  • Knowledge of the UK waste and resource industry is required.
  • Due to the location of the offices and the flexible nature of the role, occasional travel anda full FULL UK driving licence is required.
