We're hiring a smart, curious junior Technical Support Engineer who enjoys understanding how things really work — networks, operating systems, logs and scripts — and can explain it clearly to customers. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's technically solid, hungry to learn, and wants exposure to enterprise-scale SaaS environments.

What you'll be doing
  • Troubleshooting customer issues across networking, OS and automation components
  • Analysing logs on Windows and Linux systems
  • Reading and understanding scripts to diagnose issues
  • Explaining technical problems clearly to non-technical users
  • Owning support cases and working through issues end to end
What we're looking for
  • 1-3 years' experience in technical support, IT support, NOC, service desk or similar
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS)
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux
  • Ability to read and understand scripts - any language - preferred JavaScript
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
  • Curious mindset - you ask why, not just what
