What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities
  • Ensuring that END. styles their products in alignment with Style Guides and customer expectations.
  • Ability to work flexibly across a range of products to create client-facing imagery.
  • Collaborating with an on-set team to direct models and select best poses and imagery.
  • Maintaining safety and upkeep of styling areas.
  • Achieving KPI targets focusing on reducing Time to Site and Cost per Style, and unblocking (or escalating) issues to maximise productivity.
  • Adhering to the END. Style Guide to ensure appropriate styling that reflects brand aesthetics and adjacencies.
  • Following styling team processes, systems, and tools with a focus on continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Ensuring team quality and continuous improvement to deliver an exceptional customer retail experience:
    • Maintaining personal quality standards and appropriate product/brand adjacencies.
    • Conducting on-site audits to ensure quality standards.
    • Assisting in resolving Studio Support queries.
  • Active interest in brand development, research, and mood boarding.
  • Providing styling reporting with relevant, timely, and accurate data to drive performance and decision making.
  • Building good relationships across the Studio, especially with Photography, Image QA, and Retouch teams, to ensure smooth workflows.
What you’ll be able to demonstrate:
  • Good knowledge of styling fundamentals and familiarity with END. brands.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of Stock, QC, Workflow, and Styling Processes.
  • Professional qualifications or extensive practical experience.
