Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in understanding customer requirements and aligning them with appropriate technology solutions.
• Participate in regular customer meetings to gather feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve technical issues related to technology platforms and solutions.
• Escalate complex problems to senior consultants while ensuring timely communication with customers.
• Conduct basic testing to validate system functionality and compatibility with customer requirements.
• Ensure upgrades and implementations do not disrupt existing systems.
• Collaborate with the team to share insights and best practices.
• Participate in internal knowledge transfer sessions to develop a strong understanding of processes and tools.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of project progress, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Contribute to user guides and FAQs for both internal and external audiences.
• Provide clear and effective communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide consistent updates to customers and the internal team.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• SC Clearance is essential.
• Certified Splunk Cloud/Enterprise Admin.
• Understanding of data analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms. Experience administering Splunk Enterprise or Cloud environments is essential. Knowledge of similar data technologies is desirable.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ability to create clear, concise, and structured technical documentation.

Salary:
