Junior Seed Assistant
The Job:

Our client is seeking a Junior Seed Assistant to join their seed division, supporting everything from order processing to stock management and grower communication. This role is perfect for someone who wants a long‑term career in arable operations, seed production, or technical crop inputs.

Daily duties will include helping manage seed intake, coordinating treatment batches, ensuring compliance with seed certification standards, processing orders, updating stock systems, and supporting seasonal planning. You’ll liaise with growers, transport teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth and accurate delivery of seed products.

This role offers excellent exposure to the technical and operational side of the seed industry, with the opportunity to develop into more senior operational or technical roles.
