A visual effects and creative studio in Greater London is seeking a Junior Scheduler to support the Scheduling Team. The role involves coordinating schedules, ensuring resource availability, and helping maintain productivity across multiple projects. Ideal candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, along with some experience in a similar role. This position offers an opportunity for growth and learning within a supportive team environment.
Electric Theatre Collective is a multi-award-winning, world-renowned visual effects, colour grading and creative studio. We’re home to some of the industry’s most formidable artists, and collaborators of legendary directors, agencies and brands worldwide. Our passion for craft has seen us bring ambitious projects to life across film, commercials and music videos. And, we don’t like to brag, but… we’re pretty good at it. We’re proud claimants of numerous accolades, recently adding an elusive D&AD black pencil, two VES honours, and several ‘VFX Company of the Year’ awards to our collection. Electric is widely regarded as one of the best post‑production outfits in the world, and continues to be at the forefront of innovative creativity.
We have offices in London and New York, and are currently looking for an organised and creative individual to join our Scheduling Team based in London.
You’ll work closely with Producers, Department Leads, and artists across multiple projects to keep schedules running smoothly and support the day‑to‑day coordination of the studio. This includes coordinating desk and suite bookings, scheduling meetings across teams and timezones, confirming artist bookings, resolving scheduling or resource conflicts, and collecting feedback on artist performance. You’ll also support the artist experience by managing onboarding and offboarding for freelancers, ensuring all artists have the necessary tools and software by liaising with Technology and Engineering teams. You will help to maintain scheduling data in CETA, helping to improve scheduling processes over time.
You’ll be part of a supportive team that will guide and train you in the role — no one is expected to know everything from day one, and questions are always encouraged. This is an excellent role for someone who is curious, proactive, and keen to learn more about production and studio operations.
