Responsibilities

• Build good working relationships with clients, candidates, peers, and managers.
• Proactively monitor client requirement trends to enable the company to respond to changing client needs.
• Manage and fulfil assignments by maintaining contact with client users.
• Deliver assignments to meet client needs and maximise profitability.
• Qualify candidates' suitability through interviews.
• Send quality candidates' CVs to clients ahead of the competition.
• Maintain contact with workers in line with corporate standards.
• Ensure all clients have signed Conditions of Business and that rates meet expectations.
