The role includes a salary of £25,000 – £27,000 depending on experience, with interviews in November for a January start, and an initial London office training week before remote work from Manchester on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
  • Manage high-quality portfolios while driving the lettings process.
  • Gain a comprehensive 360-degree view of the property industry, with exposure to all areas of property management.
  • Oversee maintenance and inspections, handle tenant queries, and support tenancy renewals.
  • Participate in training during the first week in London and subsequently work remotely from Manchester.
