Home-Based with UK Travel | 1–2 Office Days per Month | Flexible Location

A UK‑based company within the marina and holiday park infrastructure sector is seeking a Junior Project Manager with an electrical background. This role is ideal for an electrician who’s ready to step into project coordination and delivery while receiving structured development into a full Project Manager role.

The company delivers a wide range of electrical and M&E upgrades, installations, and improvement projects across sites nationwide. The position offers a blend of home working, site visits, and occasional office time, making the location flexible for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering electrical and M&E projects from initial design through to completion.
  • Produce and update 2D/3D CAD drawings to support design, tendering, and installation teams.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Support development of project documentation including RAMS, schedules, reports, and handover information.
  • Assist with procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor site progress, track variations, and support project cost control.
  • Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are upheld throughout project delivery.
  • Attend client meetings, site surveys, and project briefings across the UK.
Skills & Experience Required
