Job description

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who will support the performance team, ensure smooth communication with clients, and help manage multiple advertising projects.

Role Overview

As a Junior Project Manager, you will coordinate daily operations inside active advertising projects, assist media buyers, communicate with clients, organize tasks, monitor deadlines, and keep the entire workflow running smoothly.

This is an ideal role for a highly organized, proactive person.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Assist in planning and organizing weekly/monthly workflows for advertising projects.
• Create tasks and monitor deadlines in project management tools (Click up, Slack, Notion).
• Coordinate tasks between media buyers, designers, and clients.
• Ensure that briefs, creatives, and assets are delivered on time.

Client Communication

• Lead a professional communication with clients
• Support the lead media buyer in preparing updates, reports

Performance Support

• Help prepare weekly performance reports
• Assist in organizing A/B test structures, creative lists, and campaign documentation.
• Track delivery of creatives, upload links/files, and maintain libraries of assets.
• Support with QA: checking tracking links, UTM tags, landing pages, pixel events, etc.

Administration & Workflow

• Organize client folders, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
• Maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and onboarding materials.
• Handle basic administrative tasks to ensure projects run without delays.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail
• Fast learner with interest in performance marketing (Meta/Google/TikTok)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA — or willingness to learn fast)
• Excellent communication skills (Ukrainian + English — intermediate or higher)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Responsibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working in an agency or marketing environment
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads
• Skills in Click Up, Slack, Notion, Google Sheets
• Experience working with creatives or basic copywriting
• Understanding of ecommerce funnels
