About The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Launch Owner to join our Product team. In this role, you’ll support Product Managers to ensure the commercial and go-to-market readiness of new products and features. You’ll coordinate launch activities from early-stage pricing discussions through to post-launch adoption tracking, acting as the bridge between Product, Product Marketing, and Commercial.

This role is all about execution and enablement and ensuring launches run smoothly, the Commercial team is fully prepared, and customers experience maximum value from our innovations.

About You
  • Some experience in product, product marketing, commercial operations, or a related role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to internal teams and external audiences
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Finance teams
  • Interest in product launches, commercial enablement, and customer engagement
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a focus on detail and follow-through
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Support Product Managers on go-to-market readiness and delivery across product launches, ensuring completion of all cross-functional deliverables
  • Ensure continuity of GTM readiness from early pricing discussions and ROI analysis through to launch execution
  • Collaborate with Finance/RevOps on pricing and packaging scenarios to support commercial rollout
  • Work with Product Marketing Managers to inform campaigns, content, and customer-facing materials
  • Project manage the delivery of all necessary materials for a product launch and sales enablement
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including training sessions for Sales, CS, and Support teams
  • Act as a spokesperson in webinars, demos, and internal briefings for product launches
  • Track adoption, revenue impact, and feedback post-launch, sharing insights with Product and Commercial teams to drive continuous improvement
