This role offers hands-on experience across various areas, including client management and office operations. Responsibilities include responding to enquiries, supporting project planning, and liaising with clients. Candidates should have strong organisational and communication skills and a desire to grow within the creative industry. This is a full-time position based at Nine Elms Studio.
We’re looking for a Junior Producer who is excited to learn, grow and develop their career in video production and workshops. This is a junior role with clear opportunities to progress towards becoming a Producer. You’ll play a vital part in supporting our production team, while also taking ownership of specific responsibilities, including handling enquiries for Nine Elms Studio and Chocolate Films Workshops.
At Chocolate Films, we produce video content for museums, art galleries, charities and corporate clients, with an exciting and inspiring client list. Chocolate Films has been run as a social enterprise ever since it was founded in 2001. We use profits from our video production services to support a wide range of film making experiences for children, young people and vulnerable adults.
As a Junior Producer, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across production, client management and studio operations. You’ll be supported by senior producers, while gradually taking on more responsibility as your skills and confidence grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
This role is designed to develop you into a Producer, with regular opportunities to expand your responsibilities and take on projects more independently.
A COMMUNICATOR.
You’ll often be the first point of contact for studio hires and workshop enquiries, so you’ll need to be confident in speaking and writing clearly with clients and colleagues.
AN ORGANISER.
You’ll be juggling multiple responsibilities, so strong organisational skills and attention to detail are key.
A TEAM PLAYER.
You’ll be supporting producers and filmmakers, so collaboration and a willingness to get stuck in are essential.
A CHANGE MAKER.
Our workshops and productions are equally important to our mission. We’re looking for someone who believes the media industry should be more open, equal and diverse, and who wants to help make that happen.
