The Role

This role plays a vital part in the end-to-end development process - from concept to launch. It's all about scaling recipes from kitchen bench to factory production line, ensuring food safety, and working with stakeholders across the site to deliver quality products at scale.

You’ll lead trials, manage paperwork, liaise with Operations, Technical, and Planning teams. It's a fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts - so if you love spinning plates and pulling people together to get things done, you'll thrive here.
