We’re working with a growing, well‑funded business based in central London that is looking to hire a Junior Office Manager to join their Head Office team.

This is a newly created role, designed to support the EA/Office Manager, who is focused on higher‑level executive and operational responsibilities.

You’ll act as a key point of support within the office, helping to ensure the office runs smoothly day to day.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is bright, proactive, and keen to build experience across office management, administration, events, and light EA support.

The role
  • Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the office, including ordering stationery, supplies, and snacks, and keeping the space tidy and organised
  • Acting as front of house for the team: welcoming clients and new starters
  • Providing admin support including expenses, invoicing, filing, and document preparation
  • Helping to organise internal events such as summer and Christmas parties
  • Supporting the EA / Office Manager with ad hoc EA and operational tasks
  • Liaising with suppliers, facilities, and IT providers as needed
  • Assisting with basic health & safety and office procedures
About you
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a front of house/office assistant or coordination role (similar sized professional/corporate business)
  • Bright, proactive, and a quick learner with a positive, can‑do attitude
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Friendly, approachable, and happy working in a quieter, close‑knit office
What’s on offer
  • Competitive salary (£35,000–£40,000)
  • Benefits including discretionary bonus, health cover, pension, and life insurance
  • A supportive environment with scope to learn, take ownership, and grow as the business scales
  • A newly refurbished central London office and a friendly, collaborative team culture

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of an office and wants to grow their career in office management and operations within a growing organisation.
