Responsibilities
  • Provides an efficient, effective, and friendly support service to the business, upholding the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
  • Works with the I&O Manager and other members of the IT team to deliver ongoing support to users and manage services to help maintain all operational IT systems.
  • Maintains and adheres to appropriate procedures, records, and other documentation.
  • Contributes ideas and suggestions to colleagues to assist with continuous improvement of the processes, procedures, techniques, and standards in use in the department.
  • Supports, encourages, enthuses, and coaches stakeholders and other team members in adoption and use of existing and new systems, emphasising best practices.
Qualifications
