Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking a Junior Infrastructure Architect to assist in technical engineering support. This hands-on role involves collaborating with the Solution Architect and Engineering Team to maintain Gateway availability, provide design changes, and support troubleshooting. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, with experience in VMware and infrastructure management. The position also requires weekly travel within the South/Southwest region.

Qualifications

• Able to work on their own and alongside other members of the team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to travel weekly with limited notice.
• Experience in configuring and supporting Gateways.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement required change to support the Gateway.
• Provide designs for change as requested by the customer.
• Work directly with the Solution Owner and Engineering Lead.
• Provide support to SOC and 3rd line teams.
