We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Designer to join our Lingerie team, with a focus on bras. You'll bring hands‑on experience across all aspects of lingerie design and a genuine passion for creating beautiful, functional products. In this role, you'll take ownership of designing key elements of the range, produce accurate and detailed tech packs, and work closely with the Designer to support the development of the full collection.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Set seasonal product direction through Design Product Strategy (DPS) for the department(s) and cascade through seasonal briefs and OTB opportunities
  • Take full ownership of part of the range/category and design product under the direction of the Designer/Design Lead to meet key strategies and price points.
  • Works with and supports Designer with the co‑ordination of day‑to‑day activities and produces a high standard of CADs and tech packs via PLM, delivering a high hit rate.
  • Collaborates with the Buying/Technical team to agree the range and create tech packs for these designs via PLM.
  • Works with and supports Designer with the co‑ordination of day‑to‑day activities and produces a high standard of CADs and tech packs via PLM, delivering a high hit rate.
Who you are

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Expert in the field of design with design experience within the retail or manufacturing industry
  • Strong trend interpretation and knowledge of current competition and directional brands
  • Strong understanding of fabric, fit and garment make up to ensure product integrity.
  • Experience in direct design sourced product, working with Technology/Design and Buying to create high standards of CAD and Tech packs
  • High level of proficiency in design related CAD software to include Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design
