A leading insurance firm in Redhill is seeking a Data Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines. You will work on enabling machine learning solutions and contribute to data-driven initiatives. The role requires experience with PySpark and Azure technologies, offering a competitive salary up to £35,000 and various employee benefits including a pension scheme and health coverage.
We're seeking a talented and motivated Data Engineer to join our team. Our aim is to deliver a robust platform that enables Machine Learning and analytics to drive indemnity savings, efficiency benefits and improved customer outcomes. We're focused on developing our data engineering capability so that machine learning and AI solutions can be developed and deployed internally in a sustainable way within claims analytics. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in data orchestration, data governance, CI/CD and MLOps. You'll assist in the development of robust data pipelines, optimise data storage and retrieval, and contribute to the overall success of our data-driven initiatives.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
