Join our content team as a Junior Content Producer working across a series of our global events. The role will play a key part in our forums & Ecosystems events production, through ecosystem research, managing outreach & relationships with stakeholders and speakers, collecting key information where required, facilitating introductions, researching new speakers, drafting and bringing together event agendas, preparing speaking briefing documents and calls, following up on invites and, ultimately, contributing to and executing on our vision across the Founders Forum Group.
Responsibilities
- Manage communications with high‑profile speakers – founders, investors, tech leaders – including invites, follow‑ups and briefings for various events.
- Maintain a comprehensive, up‑to‑date speaker database.
- Research and identify the tech world’s rising stars, securing fresh, new speakers for our events and keeping content themes cutting‑edge.
- Collaborate with the other members of the content team to curate and execute engaging programmes for a range of events supporting the growth of the tech ecosystem, conducting in‑depth research on industry trends.
- Publish speaking briefing documents, follow up on invites, draft and bring together event agendas, and support the overall production of our events.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in event content curation and production, preferably within the tech industry.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong research and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrable experience in building positive relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Interest in the tech startup ecosystem.
- Resilience, flexibility and the ability to work autonomously.
