Job Summary

This role provides administrative and analytical support for product safety, recall management, and broader compliance initiatives. The analyst contributes to managing large datasets, maintaining documentation, supporting recall processes, and partnering with business stakeholders to ensure product compliance across retail operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform analysis, organize information, and draft work products for product safety, recall management, and other compliance initiatives.
  • Support compliance projects related to state, federal, or international product laws, product safety initiatives, and recall management policies.
  • Maintain product safety databases and associated documentation to support regulatory compliance.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for product recalls and compliance‑related activities.
  • Assist with daily product compliance program functions, including incident response.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Experience
  • 1–5 years of experience in a compliance or risk analyst role.
  • Experience supporting administrative workflows and data organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with business partners.
Nice‑to‑Have Experience
  • Experience working with SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with federal and state regulations.
  • Previous compliance experience.
