Position Summary

Junior Business Support Executive – hybrid role with requirement to work in the London office 3 days per week.

Team & Role Overview

Part of the MMB Multinational Team, supporting global clients on insured employee benefits oversight, cost control and governance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide diary management support and organization for senior colleagues across various time‑zones.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to colleagues, including creating / editing documents, managing expenses end‑to‑end travel.
  • Manage design input to ensure materials are presented using the latest Mercer templates.
  • Support business development and associated administration, e.g. using MPower, our Client Relationship Management system, and finance tasks such as complex code set‑up and billing processes to assist consultant queries.
  • Volunteer for opportunities to work on new projects.
  • Provide in‑person support for client meetings, including greeting guests, escorting to rooms, ensuring Wi‑Fi access, refreshments and other on‑the‑day assistance.
  • Support internal and external events in collaboration with marketing and facilities to ensure successful delivery.

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, online survey tools and other applications.
  • Inquisitive with a willingness to learn new skills/applications as required.
  • Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders across different seniorities, geographies and languages.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a business support‑type role (although this is not essential).
