JOB SUMMARY

As a Junior Bartender in our Straits Kitchen & Bar department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest. You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in the day‑to‑day operations of the bar
• Contributing to the overall guest experience
• Delivering high‑quality service
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar
• Ensuring the satisfaction of our esteemed guests
• Taking and processing drink orders accurately and promptly
• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty drinks
• Following all hotel and bar policies, including responsible alcohol service
