Job Summary

The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Junior Application Support Officer to support the ICE application and related eRecord systems. The role will involve maintaining user and configuration documentation, troubleshooting system issues, and contributing to the deployment of new software releases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain user and configuration documentation for eRecord applications.
  • Maintain records of application releases and version status.
  • Configure applications and data stores to meet user needs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on application opportunities.
  • Assist in testing, deployment, and release of new or updated software.
  • Identify and resolve systemic problems with applications.
  • Participate in out‑of‑hours rota and on‑call schedule as required.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Education to National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 4 in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.

Contract Details
