We're looking for a Junior Application Support Analyst (AI), known internally as Associate Application Support Analyst (AI), to help our customers - primarily local authorities using Liquidlogic's education and social care case management software - get the very best from our products. You'll be part of a friendly, high‑performing team that thrives on collaboration, ownership and doing the right thing.

What you'll do
  • Help drive the use of AI agents to enhance our customer support experience.
  • Build and maintain simple AI automations (e.g., for knowledge base content and Jira workflows).
  • Investigate and resolve incidents via Jira, using application logs, SQL and other diagnostic tools.
  • Reproduce issues on test systems and work with Development, Product and Problem Management to progress fixes.
  • Support customers using our hosted and on‑premises environments, keeping them updated throughout.
  • Write clear documentation and share your learning with teammates.
About you
  • Curious self‑starter with great communication skills and a passion for helping users.
  • Basic knowledge of AI agents/automation, SQL and general IT fundamentals.
  • Comfortable learning tools such as Jira/Confluence and remote support utilities.
  • Any exposure to server monitoring or admin is a bonus.
  • You enjoy solving problems in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments and you value humility, collaboration and integrity.
