Job description

Our client is offering a role for a curious, detail-driven analyst keen to build experience in investment performance and risk oversight. This is a hands‑on analytical position, where your work directly supports governance, oversight, and informed decision‑making!

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Undertake internal reviews of client investment portfolios against benchmarks and peer groups.
  • Support the management of external service providers through timely delivery of information and documentation.
  • Maintain and remediate portfolio‑related data within core administration systems.
  • Carry out research into counterparty credit ratings and investment risk.
  • Download, analyse, and rework data from business intelligence systems for different stakeholder needs.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties on matters relating to investment performance and risk.
  • Attend Fiduciary Investment Committee meetings and prepare meeting minutes where required.
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, outliers, and gaps within portfolio data and reporting.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be highly comfortable working with data, particularly using Microsoft Excel. You will be detail-focused, organised, and confident managing multiple pieces of work simultaneously.
