Account Executive – International Internship Partnerships (London/Dublin)

Responsibilities
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists of global organisations.
  • Proactively prospect and connect potential partners via LinkedIn, email, phone, and events.
  • Progress qualified leads through the sales pipeline and on‑board them onto our platform.
  • Lead discovery calls and presentations with organisations across different industries and locations.
  • Manage the onboarding process and provide partnership training on internship design.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop social selling strategies and thought‑leadership content.
  • Continuously improve processes through automation and technology.
  • Build long‑lasting mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal teams.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to thrive in a remote‑first environment with self‑motivation and discipline.
  • 1‑3 years of experience in business development, sales, key account management or recruitment with a track record of client acquisition.
  • Entrepreneurial/start‑up experience (plus).
  • Proficiency with data and sales software (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Detail‑oriented and process‑driven, managing clients through the full sales cycle.
  • Target‑driven with a results‑focused mindset.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and growth‑oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Willingness to travel to London semi‑regularly (approximately once a quarter).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and passion for travel education.
