Responsibilities
- Establish networks to maintain communications with stakeholders, Training Delivery Authorities (TDAs) and Training Providers (TPs).
- Regular liaison to identify emerging training requirements.
- Review upcoming capabilities and concepts to deduce learning outcomes for JPME courses (e.g., AI, cyber, NATO first and nuclear IQ).
- Conduct or outsource Training Needs Analysis (TNA), coordinate TNA steering groups, and liaise with stakeholders including contractors to embed new learning requirements onto courses.
- Review existing learning outcomes to meet new requirements and liaise with TDAs, TPs and other stakeholders when embedding changes.
- Validate course learning outcomes against MoD needs using digital tools; design and manage surveys and produce reports to inform TDAs, TPs and stakeholders of findings and recommendations.
- Embed changes and communicate implications to relevant parties.
Qualifications & Development
- There are opportunities to gain formal qualifications in managing the Defence Systems Approach to Training, conducting Training Needs Analysis and completing External Validation activity of existing interventions.
- There are prospects to further develop knowledge and skills in Microsoft 365 Apps.
