Qualifications

• Be time‑served or appropriately qualified and able to demonstrate relevant experience.
• Must have experience in delivering minor building and maintenance joinery services.
• Must be available for out‑of‑hours callouts on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1st and 2nd fix duties including all types of door installations and glazing.
• Work with other team members to provide a courteous service to clients and tenants.
• Observe the highest levels of health and safety.
