What you can Expect

As an Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of enterprise customers and serve as their strategic point of contact, focused on driving retention and upsell revenue. By developing account plans, expanding senior stakeholder relationships, and coordinating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Technical Delivery teams, you\'ll help accelerate adoption and increase solution penetration across your territory.

You would be someone with a strong ability to build enterprise relationships and negotiate commercial agreements. Success is measured by net retention rate growth and upsell revenue against a quarterly quota.
