Job Opening: Job Evaluation Analyst

We are seeking a Job Evaluation Analyst to join an established team that collectively contributes to the implementation, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of the Organisation’s Reward strategy, including all aspects of Compensation, Pensions, Benefits, and Wellbeing.

This is a diverse and intellectually stimulating role that spans multiple subject areas within the Reward remit. It offers significant exposure to stakeholders across the organisation and opportunities to contribute to analytical workstreams, provide insights that inform decision-making, and stay attuned to both external market developments and the evolving needs of the Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed analysis of reward data to support the development and implementation of reward strategies.
  • Take a key role in the annual salary review process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on gender pay gap and equal pay audits.
  • Conduct annual benchmarking exercises to inform reference points for roles across the organisation.
  • Review and maintain reward policies to ensure they remain current and aligned with industry standards.
  • Evaluate job roles and provide recommendations on appropriate reward packages. Respond to reward‑related queries and provide expert guidance to employees and stakeholders.
