An exciting opportunity to join a very high-end Jewellery company based in West London is available for an experienced Quality Control Specialist. The Quality Control Team plays a crucial role in the operational business by overseeing daily quality-focused tasks, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards and the company requirements. As a Quality Control Specialist, the main mission will be to leverage your technical product expertise to control products, understand the companies essential DNA and share feedback for improvements. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of experts, working in a progressive business environment. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and have a passion for maintaining high standards of Quality. Must be capable of interpret data and recommend actionable insights and have the ability to plan, organise and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Will also be able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. The main duties will be:

  • Manage the daily Quality Control tasks and flow, from workshop deliveries, customer returns, repairs, special orders.
  • Support in the development and implementation of the Quality Control procedures.
  • Identify and communicate on Quality issues in order to take corrective actions
  • Analyse data to pinpoint areas for improvement and provide feedback to the teams
  • Update and maintain Quality Reports and logs to monitor Quality metrics, actively seeking for opportunities and improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with for internal and external stakeholders.

It will be an added advantage to be GIA Diamond/Gemstone Qualified and it’s a must to have a background in Jewellery or high end retail. Knowledge of SAP. You will be adaptable and have a willingness and openness to adapt to client needs and challenges as they arise. Excellent communication skills and have a passion for the Jewellery business.
