MBDA's Ivalua solution covers the complete "Source to Receipt" process available to MBDA users and their associated vendors. Ivalua is qualified to manage non‑sensitive information. Since the beginning of 2018, it has been gradually deployed in three countries: France, United Kingdom and Italy. The users concerned represent a population of approximately 7000 users across the group. The role will require working with the UK and Group Procurement (Italy, France and Germany), the overall Systems Integrator and our partners. It will include supporting the users and their activities on Ivalua, SAP and Readsoft Systems, the MBDA tools that connect with Ivalua.

Job Responsibilities
- Supporting our users with the creation of requisitions, purchase orders, service receipts, goods receipts and invoice payments
- Building catalogues working with the supplier and the procurement teams
- Sourcing module for tender management
- Supporting users on contracts for the management of vendor contract documents
- Vendor module for vendor database registration and management
- Incident management: creating tickets, seeking resolution and implementing and communicating fixes
- Sustain the needs of the UK Procurement & Supply Chain within the Ivalua group team, ensuring any new requirements are given due consideration in the design and implementation phases of any upgrades, and identify opportunities to improve UK Procurement & Supply Chain processes and maximise the benefits of Ivalua within the function by working closely with colleagues to ensure a high level of knowledge and understanding is achieved

Qualifications
- Experience in a procurement & supply chain role
- Must have experience with Ivalua
- Experience of SAP and Readsoft products is desirable
- Ability to present and articulate a point of view, improvement or working method
- Experience in a complex matrix multi‑national organisation
- Able to speak French and/or Italian would be an advantage
- Excellent communication, influence, persuasion and project management skills
- Comfortable making decisions for change, where limited information may be available
- Proven track record of delivering value‑added improvement / transformations in a procurement setting
Job Details
Salary: Circa £50,000 depending on experience
Location: Stevenage (We may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3 days per week on‑site due to workload classification
Security clearance: British citizen or a dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
