Overview

We are currently seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to join the finance team of a great company, ideally an Italian speaker!

Working for an international leader in talent discovery and model management, widely recognized for its diverse client roster, with offices located in six world capitals: New York, Los Angeles, Paris, London, Milan, and Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Setting up new vendors on the system (SAP) and calling them when necessary to ensure details are correct
• Inputting data accurately and efficiently
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Downloading and reconciling invoices
• Inputting invoices

Qualifications

• SAP is essential
• Recent experience in an accounts payable position
• Lots of initiative and strong attention to detail
• High levels of energy
• Self-motivated and enthusiast approach to work
• Ideally some EMEA exposure and multi currency
• Available immediately and ready to start at the beginning of March
