Job summary

A leading UK law firm is seeking an IT Trainer to create and deliver high-level IT training materials. This hybrid position allows you to work from home 2 days a week. Essential skills include experience in Learning & Development, Microsoft Office applications, and e-learning tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to train staff at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience of working in Learning & Development or IT Training.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Experience with LMS and e-learning tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create training material and deliver training to internal users.
  • Involve in Firm-wide rollouts and new starter induction training.
  • Continuously develop training for Firm employees.

IT Trainer – Learning & Development

Permanent • 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home per week

Are you an IT Trainer with strong digital learning experience looking for an exciting new position?

Covering the position of Learning & Development Officer, you will be providing high-level IT training for the needs of the business, including remote and onsite training for a leading UK law firm. The position will have a focus on creating and delivering digital training material for business systems including full Office 365 suite and in-house CRMs.

The role only requires you to be in the office 3 days per week with the rest working from home, giving you a great work/life balance!

Responsibilities

Creating training material, preparing, and delivering training to internal users. This will include involvement in Firm-wide rollouts, new starter induction training, as well as the continuing development of Firm employees.

Essential skills
  • Must have experience of working in Learning & Development or IT Training
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with LMS and e-learning tools (ideally Articulate)
  • Law or similar professional services experience is preferred
  • Ability to deliver training to staff at all levels within the organisation, and with varying degrees of technical ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
