A leading training provider in Dalkeith is seeking a Testing Engineer on a full-time apprenticeship basis. The role involves detecting issues, developing testing cases, and communicating with team members to ensure quality service. Reporting to the Testing Team Director, your primary role will be to serve as Testing Engineer. This will involve communicating with the other teams, ensuring quality of service, in accordance with established company procedures. Additionally, further developing and improving testing procedures. This is a hands-on role, troubleshooting technical solutions related to software, services, deployment, configuration and setup errors as well as reporting issues via effective internal and external communication, and following required procedures in use of systems, and documentation, as well as receiving and checking feedback from other engineers to cross check if issues have been resolved.
£16,000 per annum.
35 hours per week, 10am - 6pm.
