Job summary

A care organization in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Technician Support to provide efficient IT support across multiple care sites. This role requires troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting remote access for staff, and assisting with onboarding on digital platforms. Ideal candidates will have a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within an IT team.

  • Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple care sites.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, etc.
  • Support remote access and mobile working for field-based care staff.
  • Install and commission new equipment as required.
  • Assist with onboarding and training staff on digital care platforms.
Job description

LV Care Group are looking for an IT Technician Support to join the team, to provide efficient and confidential IT support to the Group and Home Manager's where necessary, as part of the IT team.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple care sites.
