A staffing agency is recruiting an IT Technician for a temporary role in Hull and East Yorkshire. This position involves providing user support, troubleshooting PC issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of IT helpdesk experience and a hands-on approach. Working full-time, you will tackle various technical challenges in a busy environment, starting ASAP, at an hourly rate of £15.00.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to users across the site.
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot PCs.
  • Resolve 1st and 2nd line issues (accounts, printers, connectivity, hardware).
  • Escalate issues where needed and keep users updated.
  • Support maintenance tasks and day-to-day operations.

IT Technician Ongoing Temporary Role

Hourly Rate: 15.00 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 8:0016:30 Friday 8:0016:00 (30 minutes for lunch)
Start: ASAP
DBS: Enhanced DBS preferred

The Opportunity:
Were seeking a hands-on IT Technician to join a busy environment on an ongoing temporary basis. Youll be the friendly face of IT across the site supporting users keeping devices running smoothly and rolling up your sleeves to help wherever needed.

What Youll Have:

  • 12 years IT helpdesk experience (1st and 2nd line support)
