Who you will work with

• Senior executives and legal teams shaping strategy and executing on their most complex transactions.

What you will be responsible for

• Lead high-stakes, cross-border carve-outs, business separations, outsourcings, technology procurements and collaborations.
• Mentor, inspire and lead teams, driving excellence (at the more senior level).
• Build and manage client relationships, driving business development and thought leadership.
• Translate complexity into clear, actionable advice for senior stakeholders.
• Grow the firm's profile through thought leadership, media engagement, and strategic client development.
