Qualifications

• Background in IT support or engineering (Level 1-2).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and general Windows environments.
• Understanding of cyber security fundamentals.
• Strong communicator, calm under pressure, personable and service oriented.
• Willingness to learn, develop and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands‑on support across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365.
• Owning tickets through to resolution.
• Supporting clients on-site with strong service focus.
• Working on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform projects.
• Developing skills in Azure infrastructure and cyber security.
