To provide hands on, first line IT Support to the Business and liaise with third party managed IT Support Providers where necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands on, first line IT support to the business and liaise with third party managed IT support providers when necessary.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers & mobiles).
- Provide support to IT Hardware within the business, working alongside our IT and Operations Project Managers.
- Liaising with and escalating issues to third party software vendors and support partners to provide successful and timely resolutions.
- Performing setup, deployment & IT equipment provision to staff.
- Occasional hardware maintenance of PCs and printers.
- IT procurement & maintaining IT asset records.
- To assist and support the Project Managers with the delivery of new systems and technological enhancements.
- Opportunity to support data management, control and reporting.
Essential Skills / Qualifications
- IT Systems/ Support experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 premium office suite
- Knowledge of Active Directory Users & Groups
- Basic network comprehension of TCP/IP & DNS

- Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & Mobile Nav
- Microsoft Teams & SharePoint admin
- Microsoft Excel / Power BI
