A local government council in Bridgend is seeking dedicated staff to facilitate the transition to a new social care case management system. This role offers an opportunity to support system users in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the safety of children and vulnerable individuals. Applicants should be eager to learn and develop professionally. The position adheres to a hybrid working model and requires passing security checks.
37 hours per week
Fixed Term - 12 Months
We are a well-established user of the Welsh Community Care Information System (WCCIS) and are very proud of the excellent work we have already completed in developing this system and supporting our customer departments. We are currently preparing to transition to a new social care case management system and are looking for two members of staff who can work with our system users to support this process. A Basic criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) together with a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check is a requirement for this post.
