We're looking for a talented Software Engineer / Developer with proven experience in React and C# to join our growing team. This hybrid role is based at our Wolverhampton NDC and requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level developer with a few years of hands‑on experience who is eager to expand their skills and contribute to impactful projects within a collaborative and forward‑thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate APIs and manage data using MySQL.
• Write clean, scalable and maintainable code in JavaScript, TypeScript and C#.
• Participate in code reviews, share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the Lead Software Engineer to deliver projects on time and to specification.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Developer.
• Strong hands‑on experience with React for web development.
• Solid experience with C# in a production environment.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience working with MySQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.
• A portfolio or examples of relevant work/projects is highly desirable.
