Qualifications

• Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving issues with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level hardware and networking.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows, Intune, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Supervise regional IT Technicians and coordinate project delivery.
• Manage procurement and implement continuous service improvements.
• Foster strong relationships with school leaders.

Skills

Diagnosing and resolving issues with Microsoft Windows

Understanding of enterprise-level hardware and networking

Knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows, Intune, Office 365)

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders

Managing and developing multi-skilled IT teams

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS)

Education

A-Level/BTEC or equivalent

Professional certifications (e.g. ITIL, PRINCE2)
