Job description

Our client, a leading asset management company based in London, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This role combines project management and business analysis responsibilities, focusing on working with and coordinating vendor relationships, defining business requirements, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of third‑party solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities across internal business stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers
  • Oversee integrations between new solutions and internal systems.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for new or enhanced cloud solutions
  • Translate business requirements into vendor‑facing specifications or configuration instructions
  • Support data migration, configuration, and integration activities
  • Develop business process documentation and support end‑user training
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in Financial Services, as a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager.
  • Private Equity / Private Markets experience highly desirable.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder engagement (specifically with vendors and 3rd party)
  • Experience with enterprise cloud systems – Anaplan, DealCloud etc.
  • Experience coordinating multiple 3rd parties and internal stakeholders
  • Interest in exploring how AI can enhance the business. (No previous AI experience required)
Qualifications
  • Project management certifications (PRINCE2, Agile PM, PMP) or BA qualifications (BCS, IIBA)
