As an IT Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the day‑to‑day management of IT and business projects across Capital Law. You'll ensure projects have clear outcomes, meet deadlines, and stay within budget. This role is pivotal in supporting stakeholders, managing risks, and improving our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage IT and business projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, create plans, and set goals and objectives.
  • Conduct business analysis exercises to understand requirements.
  • Manage project risks and maintain the risk register.
  • Coordinate IT budgets and supplier relationships.
  • Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and ensure quality control.
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders and the wider business.
  • Support business continuity planning and testing.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management and business analysis.
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
  • Hands‑on approach with a basic understanding of IT systems.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
